I support development that balances tax relief and affordability with a firm commitment to the families who already call Middleton home. My approach to development includes:</p><ul><li><p><strong>Neighborhood Integrity:</strong>&nbsp;I support a "Good Neighbor" approach that prioritizes community-backed compromises over "maximum development at all costs".</p></li><li><p><strong>Infrastructure First:</strong>&nbsp;New development must be supported by adequate infrastructure - including stormwater management and traffic flow - to ensure it doesn't degrade the quality of life for existing residents.</p></li><li><p><strong>Respecting Resident Input:</strong>&nbsp;I’ve seen cases where neighborhood concerns were sidelined by the Council. I will advocate for a development process that puts resident feedback at the center of the decision-making process.</p></li></ul>
